We stand behind our products. If you experience an issue, we’ll make it right.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for residential, restaurant, or resort use. If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing, we’ll either replace it or refund your purchase—your choice.


What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Standard use in residential or commercial settings

What’s Not Covered

  • Physical abuse or misuse

  • Improper installation or modification

  • Exposure to extreme heat (250°F+)

  • Acts of nature or war

  • Normal wear and tear


How to File a Claim

Claims must be submitted within 90 days of noticing the issue.

  1. Write a letter with:

    • Product name, quantity, and size

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

    • Proof of warranty (UPC tag or marked product photo)

  2. Mail to:

We’ll review and respond within 60 days. We may inspect the product before issuing a replacement or refund.
